The Head of Real Estate Investments will be responsible for activating, quantifying and packaging the demand for green and affordable housing. The role will lead the debate and consensus building on what constitutes green and affordable housing, on-board and manage private sector developers, ensure that post acquisition communities have appropriate mechanisms to manage shared infrastructure and be committed to the promotion of diversity and inclusion.
