Head – Real estate investments

The Head of Real Estate Investments will be responsible for activating, quantifying and packaging the demand for green and affordable housing. The role will lead the debate and consensus building on what constitutes green and affordable housing, on-board and manage private sector developers, ensure that post acquisition communities have appropriate mechanisms to manage shared infrastructure and be committed to the promotion of diversity and inclusion. The Head of Cost and Contract management will oversee cost estimations, budgeting, contract management activities and procurement for the pilot project. The role is responsible for effective management of costs across different phases of the pilot project.
